After we started implementing these principles I started winning people over and over. First, I had a problem of over criticizing people, now I know how to make people feel more comfortable with me. I make them talk about themselves or whatever they like to talk about. I identify their personal preferences and I try to speak to them about those things. When I first came here I couldn’t speak in public now I speak with ease even with my lectures, I used to sit in class silently now I contribute more.
