Today there are thousands of schools and universities in the world.

But no one teaches the youth of today how to have more self-confidence, how to take more responsibilities of their own actions, how to set goals and identify priorities and how to improve their relations with others. However, these skills and behavioral competencies may be more important than anything else we can teach them. This is the idea behind Wathek’s program Generation.next.

The program has proven to be effective in more than 80 countries around the world. It was designed specifically to develop skills and behavioral competencies necessary for young people to excel and succeed in life.

Wathek’s program focuses on important behavioral competencies essential for success, which prepares the secondary-education or university-level student to get to the outside world with self-confidence, leadership, interpersonal skills, communication and control approaches and the ability to deal with stress.

All you have to do is fill the Care-form and we will append your nominees to start the session. Our program consists of 8 sessions each is three-hour long of interactivity, students learn how to be more self-confident and prepared for university life ,career life, more persuasive , clear and ready to take off as leaders.
